A veteran professional with over 40 years of experience in the agro industry, D. Aristotle has led high-impact projects across India and the Middle East. With a Master’s in Agriculture and an MBA, he has held leadership roles in esteemed organizations like the National Dairy Development Board and Emami Biotech. As a promoter-director of Jai Shanthi Builders, his cross-sector expertise brings strategic depth to Lexwell’s vision for healthcare excellence. 

With 34+ years in the construction industry, Mr. Rajasekaran is a civil engineer from Annamalai University and Managing Director of Jai Shanthi Builders. His portfolio spans hospitals, industrial units, and highrise residential projects, both in India and Dubai. His infrastructure leadership plays a pivotal role in building and scaling Lexwell’s medical facilities. 

An ambitious orthopedic resident at Shri Sathya Sai Medical College, Dr. Prithvi brings medical insight and youthful dynamism to Lexwell. A Doctor of Medicine from the Philippines, he has trained at leading hospitals in India and abroad. Backed by a legacy in orthopedics and driven by a collaborative vision, he is instrumental in shaping Lexwell’s clinical excellence and patient-first care model.
